NCPC, Head Media and Public Relations inducted as Fellow CIPDM

The Deputy Director and Head Media and Public Relations of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission, NCPC, Mr Celestine Ogugua Toruka has been awarded the Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management, CIPDM over the weekend.

The induction and lecture was held at the auditorium of the Nigerian Institute of Medical Research Lagos.

The event was superintended by the Registrar of the Institute, Dr Oyewole Sarumi, FCPDM on behalf of the President/Chairman of Council of Fellows, Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management, Prof.Mike Ikupolati.

Mr. Toruka,s Fellowship award and recognition was based on his high level of professionalism, which he has brought to bear in the Commission over the years, coupled with his distinguished service to humanity.

He is indeed an astute administrator and a seasoned professional to the core.

The highlight of the event was the induction of the 21 Fellowship award inductees.

The NCPC Image Maker is also a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, FIMC, member of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations, mnipr as well as member of the Nigerian Union of Journalists.

He is an alumnus of the prestigious University of Jos, Nigeria.
