Lawan, Omo-Agege extol virtues of VP Osinbajo @65

As the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo marked his 65th birthday today (Tuesday), the Senate President, Dr. Ahmad Lawan and his deputy, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, have extolled his virtues as a loyal and committed Nigerian, who has contributed to the development of the country.
Lawan, in a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media, Ola Awoniyi, congratulates the number two citizen for “marking the day in good health of body and mind, and in position of invaluable service to his beloved country, Nigeria.”
“I rejoice with His Excellency, the Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo on this day.
“Professor Osinbajo has proved his mettle in his chosen career, the legal profession, as well as in politics and governance.
“He has brought into public service integrity, humility, loyalty and a cerebral approach to solving public challenges.
“He has consistently exhibited these attributes since he stepped into his first high public office over two decades ago.
“Ever since, Professor Osinbajo has been a dedicated public servant, which has enabled him to become a significant part of the success story of Buhari government.
“I wish him many happy returns of the day and more years of good health and continued service to his father land,” Lawan stated.
Omo-Agege, in his own noted that the Vice President “has been consistent in demonstrating exemplary loyalty and commitment to the manifestos of the All Progressives Congress and the Nigeria federation.”
The Deputy Senate President, in the statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Yomi Odunuga, also lauded Osinbajo’s loyalty and dedication to the Buhari administration, adding that “his positive disposition and intellectual capacity have impacted well on the accomplishments of the federal government.”
He noted that the current administration’s economic and social intervention programmes are making great impact and wished the Vice President joyous birthday celebrations.
“On behalf of the good people of Delta Central Senatorial constituency who continue to appreciate the APC-led administration’s Social Investment Programme (SIP), which is currently Africa’s biggest and most ambitious social welfare policy for the most vulnerable in our society, I felicitate with Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
“We salute his untiring efforts in assisting President Muhammadu Buhari in tackling various national challenges towards putting Nigeria on the path of sustainable growth and development,” Omo-Agege stated.
He further prayed for God to bless the Vice President with many more years of good health and wisdom as he continues serving the nation.
