NCPC boss receives award of fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy & Management

The Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission, NCPC, Rev. Yakubu Pam has received an award of Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management. The award was formally presented to him on 15th July, 2021 in his office in Abuja.

Rev. Yakubu Pam commended his guests for conferring on him the award of Fellow. In his words, “I receive this in Joy and Happiness”.

The NCPC boss appreciated the efforts of the staff of the Commission, stating that the award was not given to an individual but to the Commission as a whole, therefore he encouraged the staff to continue doing their best as more reward awaits them.

The NCPC helmsman expressed his intention to work together with the Institute in bringing development within and outside the country, and also proffer solution to the problem facing the country.

He explained that the Institute which is geared towards Public Diplomacy would be of great help to the Commission, especially in this current challenge facing the nation.

The NCPC boss reiterated his commitment to peace building and promised to collaborate with the Institute in the area of human capital development.

In his words, “I receive you and will work together with to you to make NCPC better”.

He thanked the Director of Planning, Research and Programme Development, Barr. Sonny Ebiyaibo, who represented him at the event when the award was conferred on him.

Earlier, the Regional Relations officer, Abuja Region, Sarki Dogara said their purpose for the visit was to personally come and present the award of Fellow to the Executive Secretary which was conferred on him on the 10th of April, 2021.

Dogara explained that having followed the Executive Secretary’s performance and excellent leadership role.

He affirmed that the Institute deemed it fit to confer on him the award of Fellow and they have come to formally induct him and present the award.

Mr. Dogara reassured that the Institute is poised to work with the Commission at all times. 

The highlight of the visit was the presentation of award of Fellow of Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management by Mr. Onuh Ogboche the leader of the delegation.
