Nigeria vs Ghana: FG orders closure of Abuja offices 1pm Tuesday

The Federal Government has ordered closure of all government-owned offices in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja by 1 p.m on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, in support of the Super Eagles’ World Cup qualifying match against the Black Stars of Ghana.

This directive was given on Monday night to enable Nigerians give maximum support to the Super Eagles.

This was contained in a memo issued by the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, OHCSF, Abuja.

FG reiterated the need to mobilise support for the Super Eagles.

According to the memo, “As you are aware, the Super Eagles of Nigeria will be meeting the black stars of Ghana in continuation of the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier, playoff (return leg).
