Breaking: President Buhari in closed-door meeting with 36 State Governors

President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday afternoon, held a closed-door meeting with all the 36 state governors of the Federation.
It was gathered that the meeting was focused on the security challenges in some parts of the country.
President Buhari is also scheduled to address the National Assembly on Thursday on the same issue.
The meeting is coming days after the gruesome killing of rice farmers in Borno state. Babagana Zulum, governor of the state, had said his counterparts had resolved to meet with Buhari over the security challenge.
Ekiti state Governor and chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum, NGF, Kayode Fayemi, also confirmed the meeting during an interview with Channels TV on Sunday.
