Niger Assembly Deputy Speaker resigns

Deputy Speaker of the Niger State House of Assembly, Mr. Bako Kasim Alfa, has resigned.
Alfa made the announcement during the plenary session on Thursdayi in Minna.
Speaker of the House, who read his resignation letter which he submitted, however, stated that Alfa did not disclosed the reasons for his decision to resign.
He has also been replaced by Jibrin Ndagi Baba, the lawmaker representing Lavun constituency.
